All entries to be made online via RunMyFestival – please follow the link below.
Entries open on Monday 1st December 2025 and close on Sunday 15th February 2026.
Under no circumstances will late entries be accepted.
Please read the rules before entering. Failure to comply with our rules will result in disqualification and entry fees will not be refunded.
Entry Fees:
Entry Fees are shown by a code letter after the class number and are:

Performers entering vocal and instrumental classes with fee categories A, B or C who require an accompanist will be required to pay £3 per entry. Performers entering vocal and instrumental classes with fee categories D, E, F, G or H who require the services of an accompanist will be required to pay £8.00 per entry. This does NOT apply to choirs who must provide their own accompanist.
Tips for using RunMyFestival
New users need to set up a profile. Duets, ensembles and choirs will need a separate profile.
Choosing the correct profile:
Choosing the correct profile when you log on will ensure that the correct attachments are sent when your entry is confirmed. These are the options:
Organisation Profile
for School representatives and teachers entering school pupils
Teacher Profile
for teachers of private pupils
Entrant Profile
for duets, choirs, ensembles, and entrants aged 16 or over
Parent/Carer Profile
for all other competitors aged 16 or under
Closing date for entries: 15th February 2026
Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances
